Our 9 Step Development Process

Every project starts with collective planning, brainstorming and research. Our 9-step development process allows us to build you an effective web site that outlines each phase of your site from the planning phase right up to the final launch.

1. PLANNING
Our first step is to layout a complete description and wish list of what will be done. All goals, visual ideas and functions of the project will be discussed. As early as possible a site map or job outline will be developed in order to determine the appropriate navigation structure and any necessary media requirements.

2. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
After the outline is established; our designers gather any media items such as photos, logos and graphics and will create a set of conceptual designs. These will show a number of different approaches to the design and navigation of the web site. These are presented first as static images in order to provide visual impact before any working HTML pages are completed.

3. PRODUCTION
Once a creative direction has been determined, we would create a working model. All core pages and
templates will be formatted into HTML and the site will start to show proper interactivity. Navigation will take shape and any interactive features will be finalized and implemented. Templates will be prepared for addition to the Hoolahoop™ CMS and the site will be put onto a working server for review.

4. FORMATTING
All information outside of dynamic data driven pages will be added at this time, including: Contact forms,
static content and images.

5. HOOLAHOOP™ CMS AND CUSTOM PROGRAMMING
If your site requires custom programming, a dynamic database or our Hoolahoop™ CMS system, we would
apply programming and software installations at this time.

6. TRAINING
If you are using the Hoolahoop™ CMS or have a custom application, we would schedule a training session for you and any staff. This ensures that you have the knowledge you need to manage all aspects of your website.

7. TESTING
Once your content has been finalized and before your site goes live; our team of developers will test all
aspects of your site to ensure proper functionality and navigation is in order.

8. MARKETING
If requested, your website can be prepared for all major search engines. All pages, content, keywords and meta tags for search engines can be added to your site. Registration is done on all major search engines and evaluated to ensure your marketing goals are met. Positioning can then be adjusted as required. Quotes are supplied upon request.

9. THE LAUNCH
After the working model receives your approval; we launch the final site and go live!
